Refund policy

Refunds:

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for unworn and unused items in their original conditions and packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact marketing.polarisblu@gmail.com with the order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Repairs:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we offer free repairs within 90 days of purchase. Contact marketing.polarisblu@gmail.com to request a repair authorisation and shipping instructions. After assessing the item, we will repair it and return it to you promptly. 

Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or colour, or if you wish to exchange your item for any reason, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact me with your order details. Once we receive the retuned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Refunds, repairs, and exchanges are subject to approval and inspection of returned item. This policy applies to purchases made directly from our website or authorised retailers.Â
